Detailed Bio
Dr. Rut Besseling has a strong academic and industrial background in characterizing and modelling nanostructured-fluids and development of associated characterization methods. He is (co)author of >55 peer reviewed publications (h-index 27 and 1 patent). After working several years as PAT specialist in pharma, he co-founded InProcess-LSP in 2014, where he leads developments for innovative PAT solutions in LifeScience and Pharma industry, in particular the NanoFlowSizer for inline and noninvasive characterization of nanosuspensions in (bio)pharma and fine chemicals industry. His interests include optical/spectroscopic/rheological innovations for (inline) characterization of macromolecular and colloidal suspensions, process modelling and nanosuspension processing.
