Dr. Olivier Paquet-Durand is a chemist and data scientist specializing in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) at Glatt Group. He holds a doctorate from the University of Hohenheim, where he focused on experimental design and modeling of water absorption kinetics in cereal grains.
At Glatt, he develops and applies advanced data analytics, chemometric models, and spectroscopic techniques (such as Raman and NIR) to enhance real-time process monitoring and control in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
