Carsten Jasper is a senior expert and trainer with PTS Training GmbH, bringing over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation in the life sciences sector. Currently leading Quality, Risk Management, and Validation within the R&D division at Charles River Laboratories, he specializes in in-vitro diagnostics, aseptic manufacturing, and total quality management.
Jasper is renowned for his work in operational excellence and artificial intelligence (AI) in regulated environments, actively developing VR/AR-powered training tools and digital twins for cleanroom compliance. He also runs Jasper Consulting and is a member of industry groups such as the ISPE GAMP D-A-CH Artificial Intelligence SIG and the DIN/DKE standards committee for AI.
His career includes senior roles in diagnostics, chemical technology, and industry consulting, plus frequent speaking engagements on pharmaceutical validation, risk management, data integrity, AI, and auditing. Jasper holds an MBA in technical business administration and professional training in chemical technology
